OnlineTVRecorder is switching to a new version (“V3”) that provides a web-based decoder:

I do not know if OTRDecoderX will ever be able to decode again.
OnlineTVRecorder offers two free months as compensation for the recent outage. Moreover, they are developing an Electron app (desktop software). I expect this app to replace independent projects like OTRDecoderX.
If OTRDecoderX cannot be opened: Right-click the application and select “Open”. macOS shows a warning because I am not paying Apple to be a verified developer (Open a Mac app from an unidentified developer).
